Watch storage and movement parts, described accurately.
We sell watch storage and clock movement parts to customers across the United States. We don't manufacture any of it, and we'd rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.
What we actually do. We choose what to stock, we check it, and we describe it accurately. That last part sounds like nothing until you shop this category. Most listings will tell you a case is “premium quality” and never tell you whether your 42 mm diver fits the slot. We publish the measurements instead, and where a figure is an estimate rather than something we've measured, we label it as an estimate.
What we don't claim. We don't cut veneer. We don't own a workshop. We're not the manufacturer, and no photograph on this site is staged to suggest we are. We're the people who chose this range, answer for it when something is wrong, and take it back if it isn't right.
Returns, plainly. Thirty days to return anything for a full refund. Faulty, damaged or wrong item, we pay the postage both ways. Changed your mind, you cover the return. No restocking fee, on anything, ever.

We publish the number that matters
Slot dimensions, case capacity, shaft length and thread on every listing. If a part matches the specification we published and still doesn't fit, we pay the return postage. That promise only works because we're specific in the first place.
We tell you where it ships from
Our products are made and dispatched by a manufacturing partner in Asia and ship directly to you, typically arriving within 7–14 business days. We don't hold stock in the United States. You'll know that before you order, not when the tracking number turns out to be international.
We pay the duties
The price at checkout is the total price. We cover any import duties, so there is nothing to settle on the doorstep.
