Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made on meridianclockworks.com. The seller is Fanclock LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, registration number 7548745, trading as Meridian Clockworks, registered at 412 W 7th St, Clovis, New Mexico 88101-6526, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them. Last updated 10 September 2026.

Orders, prices and delivery

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping to any US address and any import duties. There are no additional charges at checkout or on delivery.

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Products are described as accurately as we can. Where a dimension is marked as approximate, it is an estimate rather than a measurement; if a product does not match a specification we published, our Refund Policy applies and we pay the return postage.

Delivery times are estimates. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Clock movements are supplied for fitting by the customer; check the shaft and thread specification against your dial before ordering.

Returns, liability and law

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by fitting a movement or using a product other than as intended.

All content on this site, including product names and photographs, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be reused without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico, unless consumer law in your state provides otherwise.
