What we collect and why
This policy explains how Fanclock LLC, trading as Meridian Clockworks (“we”), handles personal information collected through meridianclockworks.com. Last updated 10 September 2026.
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and the details of what you bought. We use them to process and deliver the order, to send order confirmations and tracking, and to handle returns, refunds and customer-service requests.
Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
If you contact us or subscribe to our mailing list we keep your message and email address so we can reply and, where you have asked for it, send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
Cookies, sharing and retention
This site is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix sets cookies that are necessary for the site and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that help us see how the site is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
We share your information only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our hosting and checkout platform (Wix), our payment processor, our manufacturing and fulfilment partner (who receives your name and delivery address to ship the parcel) and the carriers who deliver it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and customer-service correspondence for as long as it is useful to resolve your query.

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to keep it. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, have additional rights under those laws, and we honour them.
