Our products are made and dispatched by our manufacturing partner in Asia and ship directly from their facility to you. We do not hold stock in the United States. That is why the tracking number is international to begin with; the parcel is handed to a domestic carrier for final delivery in the US.

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of being placed. That is the full door-to-door time, not the transit time after dispatch. We pass your order to our fulfilment partner within 1 business day, and they usually dispatch within a further 1 to 3 days. If anything is delayed we email you a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping is free on every order, to every US state, with no minimum. There are no handling fees or surcharges at checkout. We cover any import duties. The price you pay at checkout is the total price; there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Yes. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our partner's facility, and it stays valid across both the international and domestic legs of the journey.
